Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed including quoting.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Answers all inbound calls, make outbound calls and retains customers.
  • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:
  • Interest in customer service and maintaining accurate customer and meeting customer needs

  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently
  • Must be P&C and Life & Health licensed
